I remember discussing once with a friend whether it is harder to be a stay-at-home mom or a working mom. I've mostly been a working mom, but have stayed at home in various ways for about a year during two maternity leaves. I think I can say now that I am down to very little child care that the hardest thing is to be both a working mom and a stay-at-home mom at the same time.
