I vote that the rest of my friends stay snuggly in the U.S. (preferably the mid-Atlantic region): Kuwait, Grand Cayman, and Cambridge are already too much for me (I'm not even counting my Slovak friends here, who are excused since they were born there) (Californian friends are really just on the edge...).
