Somehow, I feel like the word, "teaching" itself is a Straussian cue. What about this title: "The Superiority of American Women: Tocqueville's Teaching on Women, Marriage and the Family"? (Not my title. I'm proudly working with, "Domesticating Democracy" at the moment.)
