The Missouri Botanical Gardens are a great place to take a walk, even at this time of year. Plus they're free for STL city and county residents on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. (I understand Wednesday mornings, but why they would want to give away admission on Saturday mornings is beyond me.)
These giant goldfish (carp) are the grossest thing (and hungriest, I guess). In other places, there were plastic frogs set among the flowers in order to show you what different species look like--hilarious!
