Sunday was nice and quiet--we had coffee and a pastry at the park while the kids played after mass. I roasted a very small chicken with turmeric and saffron rice that was sublime (plus roasted cauliflower)--I accidentally skipped lunch, so I ate all the rest of the rice. Then we finished The Sound of Music and had Sunday ice cream.
This morning I worked at a coffee shop with no laptop, which was great for focus. I'm editing chapter 5. I think it will take a week or so (we have lots of visitors coming so my goal is to be very flexible with my work in the coming months).
