Maps

On the way home from the beach, our parents insisted that we stop at an antique store south of Williamsport that they like. We whined and fussed, but once we went in, they regretted bringing us because we loved it and wouldn't leave.

Ilana found this map of Asia, which she bought for #1tomatolover's birthday, since he's leaving to teach English in China shortly.

Printed in the 1800s, this map is one of the quirkiest ones I've ever seen: it has a couple of place names on it, but mostly it is labled with the natural resources found in each area. Talk about imperialist!

I found a jadeite tea cup, which I'm really excited about, but I have to wait until my birthday for.
