Chicago Cultural Center

Cardigan and Lawrence and Mrs. Lawrence converged on Chicago one weekend, so I had to converge, too.

We did all of our eating in Wicker Park and Logan Square, but we did some exploring downtown, including the Chicago Cultural Center, with its largest Tiffany stained-glass dome in the world (Chicago loves being the biggest and the best).

The mosaics are great.

This is where I was married! (Although the actual room was a lot lamer than these pictures. If you went on a Saturday, you probably ran into the CCC marriage factory.)

Oh very cool! It was lovely.

I was actually there on a Saturday, so I didn't notice any weddings. There was a fancy-shmancy Junior League Christmas sale.
