Kale chips--yes, please! (Although I'm not sure if I cooked them long enough: the next day they're a little less crispy.)

I love these too! Ideal vehicles for all kinds of seasoning I own but rarely use, like Old Bay. And I've also found that they benefit from some over-baking for ideal crispiness.

Good to know--I had a feeling they needed more, but at the same time, they were starting to turn brown on the edges...
