Sabbatical

Yesterday after a bit of writing, I took the tube to a meeting and visit and walk. 

After school, I took the boys to soccer with their friends. Blaze got brave enough to join the older kids. (And only came crying to me twice.) By the end he settled and smiled and gave me a thumbs up from across the field. He declared that he "loved it." 

What else? A quiet evening at home, capped by very late night NCAA tournament, which we lost. (I took a nap first.) It was still a fun game to watch. 

This morning--french toast, Sound of Music. Now all the boys are headed to The Lion King!
