Twitter

Uh-oh: Francisco disabled ad-block pro and so a targeted ad got through. It was for skittles. I always wondered what silly people targeted advertising works on. The answer: pregnant women.

Ha. No. That would have been clever. But the ad made me need skittles right then. I'm distracting myself with ice cream.

Oh, well in that case, targeted advertising has yet to succeed. I was going to suggest that now is the time for luxury auto makers to start sending you lots of promos. That a Mercedes is not edible is an obstacle, but compromised judgment is compromised judgment.
