Why has my fb feed been full of first-day-of-school pictures since early August? This makes me hyperventilate: it's not fall; it's still summer. (Even though I don't have a first day of school this year, for the first time in, I guess, 25 years. But I do have something approaching that's even more all-consuming, if that's the sort of word that can be used comparatively.) Anyway, am I going to have to send my son to school in early August? I guess by that time, I might be dying to do that.
