Summer

This is definitely my favorite time of the year. 

After VBS, we headed to the library--Blaze got a library card; they both got books; and, their favorite--they got to play the old arcade game. 

On the way out we had to pause because we discovered the library's magnatiles. Building is Blaze's thing. Along with Ancient Egypt--we got armfuls of books about Ancient Egypt. 

In the afternoon Nana and Blaze read and Q read. And in the evening: Nana helped the boys make muddy buddies. 

 I'm enjoying reading The Picture Bible to the boys. And I'm enjoying so much watermelon. And we got to skype with Stearns and her crew for a few minutes before bed!
