Summer

The boys had a ton of fun going to yard sales with Nana Friday morning. And I had a relaxing morning beginning in on the conclusion. 

When I was getting ready to head out for a creek afternoon with some relatives and friends, we realized that Q was sick. So instead of joining us, he stayed in bed, reading and watching shows. He had a pretty good fever, but woke up better this morning (after a really interrupted night's sleep for all of us). We're resting this morning by watching more of the Two Towers. 

I really enjoyed seeing two friends and their families at the creek and Blaze had fun. 

And of course it was just lovely. 

In the evening, Papa grilled some steak as a celebration of the end of the summer together.  

And I snuck in a little crafting.
